At instagadget, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a comprehensive return policy to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Eligibility for Returns

Most of the products purchased on instagadget are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including any accessories or free gifts that came with the product. Items such as perishables, custom-made goods, and products marked "final sale" are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page or by emailing returns@instagadget.online. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions. Please note that returns without an RAN will not be accepted.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in the original packaging (or a suitable replacement) and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was damaged upon arrival or if the incorrect item was shipped. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, you may use any shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using one that offers tracking to avoid any issues.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. Your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you receive your new product as soon as possible.
